It's all LaVell's fault

In our 12 years of marriage, we've moved 10 times. Each move necessitated a new phone number. Fortunately the last 5 years, even though we had a short move to Nevada, we've managed to keep the same phone number for our house here in Utah.

Until today.

You see BYU football season is here.

So we need a new phone number?

Well technically, no.

But in order to watch the "Away Games" in comfort, we signed up for Cable TV again.

Again meaning: most years we sign up for cable tv in the Fall for football season, and then cancel it later, deciding, it's a waste of money and time.

Bye, Bye rabbit ears. Hello, rabbit ears. Repeat.

We could keep our current phone number if we were willing to wait 3 weeks for the cable service, but that would mean missing games.

So today we got a new number.

Just weeks after I filled out an extreme number of forms/papers for school(s) with our old number on it.

Thanks LaVell.

We better have a winning season!

I wish I could say the extent of this family's BYU devotion was a new phone number. My husband is dead set on viewing Every Game and being that we are without cable and without sports resturants which will show the game...We (or he) will be traveling down to Provo for each game...it's going to be a long season.
