cub scouts

Since I happen to be our ward's Primary President, I am also heavily involved in Cub Scouts.  It was determined (i.e., I decided) that we needed a bridge for our Arrow of Light ceremony.  Stick got roped into designing the bridge for us, but eventually ended up designing and building the bridge*.*  What a good engineer (and slave)!

Here's the bridge in use, the Scout (not actually our son) crosses over from Cub Scouts to BOY scouts.

How special.

Now the question is:

Who is going to store the bridge?

After the Arrow of Light ceremony, the scouts raced around in the Cub Scout Derby.

Oddly enough, I did not get a picture of our current Cub Scout, only his happily participating siblings.

We finished off the night with a handstand from Houdini.

That's an awesome bridge. I think you should somehow incorporate it into your landscaping. You know, cross the bridge to go see the . . . fish pond? Or the zucchini garden?
