may the odds be ever in your favor
ALL of my children came home from school yesterday talking about The Hunger Games movie that opens this weekend.
They really want to see it, but I told them we had to preview it first.
(Technically we have all listened to the entire trilogy while on a couple of long road trips. But hearing violence and seeing violence are two different things. Right? Right? Or am I deluding myself? 'Cause if I am deluding myself, it's too late and we have ruined our children's innocent childhoods. I mean, seriously, we are usually really strict about their entertainment. They have never (at least that I'm aware of) seen Shrek or Spongebob and just a few days ago I vetoed Puss in Boots and Smurfs!....... Waah. )
It just so happens that Stick already bought our tickets for Friday night.
I admit it, I'm excited!
