weekly 2015.2.17

On Saturday we decided to take a last minute trip to ID because it was a three day weekend and for once we didn’t have any sports/church commitments.

We got back last night. So a quick one sentence weekly on each person, it is. Do you doubt my ability to write only one sentence per person? Yeah, me too.

With the exception of a few times of crying girl drama, Bekah had an exceedingly fabulous time playing with all the girl cousins that were also in Idaho. (1 sentence)

Harry played babysitter extraordinaire while in Idaho, trailing behind his two little boy cousins that have the energy of the energizer bunny on steroids. (1 sentence)

Spencer threw up last night and spent the day sick in bed, not showing his face upstairs until well after 5pm today. (1 sentence)

Thomas has joined Aaron’s club volleyball team and went to his first practice last night. Today he’s sore and bruised, good times! (2 sentences)

Aaron was able to get quite a bit of driving practice done in Idaho. Stick’s town is so quiet it’s like your own private driving range. (2 sentences)

Rachel came home from school deliriously happy and I was sure she’d been accepted to BYU. But alas, it only was because she found out that the anonymous valentine she got last Friday was from the boy she loves, which is good news, but not exactly “you’ve been accepted to BYU’ good news. (2 sentences)

Due to Mr. Pukey I had to cancel my scheduled Mamogram and going to help in Bekah’s class today. Instead I’ve spent the day laundrying, cleaning up from our trip, cooking and getting ready to host my book club here tomorrow night. We are reading “My Antonia” which I better hurry up and finish since I’m supposed to be in charge. (3 sentences)

While in ID, Stick and the kids played basketball against the other family members and one friend from town. It’s fun that the kids are old enough and good enough to put up a challenge against a bunch of adults. (2 sentences)

Over and out.
