catch up - October 2010

Before I start with the new year, I will do a little catch up on the last 2 months.

In October, Aaron participated in  "Creative Pursuits".  He was part of a team that put together a presentation on "Rome" which was the team's chosen topic.  They made a book and did a play and had a question/answer session with the judges.  His team didn't win, but he enjoyed the experience.

We also had Halloween.

It was very Halloweeny.

Once in a blue moon I'm in the mood for Halloween and we go all out on costumes.

This was not one of those years.

I told the kids "You can be anything you want to be this year,

as long as we already have the costume!"

We had a quarterback, Uncle Sam, a Princess witch, a "Blue" man and a BYU football player.

~

See?! I told you he was a quarterback!

You should know by now that Rachel can't resist any occasion that requires dressing up.

She wore this Halloween "teacher vest" to school.

That pretty much sums up October.
