harry hoopster

All our kids love basketball, but Harry definitely loves it the most. He goes faithfully with Stick, three days a week at 6am to play. He shoots hoops non-stop in his room. It's just his thing and has been for a long time.

Happily, this year he is finally old enough to be on a team. His first game was on a Saturday. He had his bag packed and his jersey on, on Thursday.

We've learned with our other kids that a third grade team can mean a lot of things. It's pretty likely that at least half of the team can't even dribble the ball or throw it hard enough and high enough to hit the basket. Fortunately Harry's team is pretty decent.

He's about half way through his season and, no surprise, he loves every single minute of it! He has been so fun to watch, he handles the ball amazingly well and he's made a lot of baskets.

Happy hoopin' Harry!
